This bread has 11 different grains which are oats - rolled, flour, bran; wheat - cracked wheat, wheat germ, semolina; potato flakes- mono and glycerides, sodium acid, pyrophosphate, citric acid; corn meal; rye flour; brown rice flour; sunflower seed; flax seed; malt- malted barley, dextrose, flour; Milt seed.
It is a soft white bread with a nutty flavor. Great for sandwiches, toast, or butter and jam.
